This MONTH TO MONTH membership allows you to attend any three of the scheduled CrossFit and applicable Performance Fitness group classes each week (13 classes per month). For maximum results, it is suggested that you attend all classes. The 3x/week Memberships are for group classes and do not include open gym.To permit flexibility of use, 3x / week memberships permit 13 sessions per month and are not limited by week. Please note that unused sessions can not be rolled forward to following months. Likewise, sessions cannot be allocated backwards in the event of a usage beyond an individual’s membership limitations. Sessions reserved or attended above the monthly allotment will be charged at the single session drop-in rate. In the event that you consistently find yourself reserving and / or attending more than your membership session limits we recommend upgrading to an unlimited membership.
