This promotional membership provides heavily discounted access to 3 months of unlimited Scholastic Sports Performance Training (39 total sessions). This membership expires 3 months from the date of signup.
Due to the nature of this promotional membership, the hold and refund policy differs from the standard Athletic Lab hold and refund policy. By signing up for this membership you agree to the following points:
*No account holds or refunds will be provided without extreme circumstances (moving 20+ miles from Athletic Lab or medical conditions).
*All holds and refunds must be provided in writing (email) with accompanying proof
*In the event of a move or a medical condition requiring a hold or refund, evidence must be provided by proof of a new billing address 20+ miles from Athletic Lab or a doctor's assessment with restrictions.
*Requests for holds or refunds do not go into effect until approved in writing by Athletic Lab.
*Refunds will be issued within 5 business days upon approval and will incur an admistrative fee
*Refunds will be issued on a pro-rata basis using the standard (aka "not Black Friday 50% off promotional discount") pricing for the Scholastic Sports Performance Program.
*In accordance with the point above, refunds can only be issued up until the half way point of this memberships (45 days).
